It is our pleasure to announce that neupat has joined a new partnership with the Munich branch of the distinguished international IP law firm of Casalonga & Josse which operates offices in Paris (France), Alicante (Spain) and in Munich (Germany). Casalonga & Josse has a more than 140 years history of expertise in the field of intellectual property law and is among the leading IP law firms in Europe. Casalonga & Josse has been operating its Munich office since 1976. In the course of this merger, the name of the Munich office of Casalonga & Josse has been changed to Casalonga & Partners and the new firm has been incorporated as a German Partnerschaftsgesellschaft.
The merger will give us the opportunity to act as truly international law firm based in several European countries with immediate access to the major European IP offices, namely the European Patent Office in Munich as well as the OHIM (Office for European Community Trademarks and Designs) in Alicante, while at the same time maintaining our services before the national patent and trademark offices in Germany and France.
